Exercise. . Tinnitus…. and feeling better. .

Unreal. It is almost the end of month one of 2019. Insane. Where has January gone?

As per the last few posts, I have explained the ups and downs of the ringing in the ear. Well as I was recovered from being sick note I have gradually got my exercise legs back.

So Friday, Saturday I have run and lifted weights. I follow the 5×5 weight plan. This simply means I don’t have to think at the gym and can enjoy the time there.

How was I feeling? 

I was finding Barbera ( Barbera is the name I give to my tinnitus) rather difficult last week. A culmination of poor food, way tooooo many tablets for the flu and a massive lack of exercise.

The lack of exercise creates a sense of sluggishness in me. I feel slow. This lack of speed is both mental and physical. I simply have what I imagine is called brain fog.

How do I feel today? 
 
The difference is always pretty quick. A day or two. I ran 8km on Friday am. Then lifted 5 x5 Friday pm. 
Yesterday, Saturday I ran 6km. Rested and eat in a calorie deficit. 
 
Today is Sunday and I have walked for 45 mins and sat working. I feel more open and Barbera has certainly been a lot gentler today. 
 
Back to the gym today and I will check in again on Barbera and her tones.
