London Tuesday for the day.
I was at the ENT hospital on Greys Inn. I am part of an insomnia and tinnitus trial.
More on that another day..
Anyway: I can track back over maybe 10 London trips recently and the two days after Barbera really does bang her drum.
The last two trips though. A Friday and Tuesday gone I have not suffered with dizziness.
Amazing when you don’t have to go and lean against a wall at the top of the escalators for 5 mins to sort your head out.
I am utterly over the moon that I have managed to lose the dizziness for the last week or two..
Took a proper sleeper last night to blot out Barbera .
